Sevarog is out + balance patches.

Sevarog has joined the battlefield of Agora and is available for play. Along with that Epic has rolled out a new patch with some bug fixes and what is more important with updates to Feng Mao and Grux.

As stated in the release notes these two guys were having win rate above the average so their abilities scaling was decreased to balance late-game and as a compensation their early game damage was increased.
