Cryoseism

Aurora freezes an area, applying Slow to all enemies for a short period of time seconds.

After a while, the ice on the enemies explodes, stunning the target for a short period of time and causing Ability Damage in a small AOE around each target.

Enemies inside the explosion AOE's will have a new explosion applied to them.
