Not a guide but like a page on your website where u can click in what items you want and the page will spit out the stats you'll get/have and also the damage you'll do per second.
@Azzeral.Rahl, agora.gg has a good builder. Though they aren't focused on build description as much as on game statistics and elo. Do I'd use that site for playing with numbers and come back here with a build guide :)
The best way to add a pic is to host it to imgur.com and use a direct link from it. Use a special icon in editor like this http://i.imgur.com/YCPRJ9e.png
To set up your IGN (that can be different from your name in this site) you should go to My account (on the side menu) and click Edit. IGN field will be at the bottom.
