Mao is a handful, and unless its late late game and your fully stocked with dps and life steel chances are low you will be able to best him hit for hit. So, like almost every other melee character vs twin, you want to be sure you land your E (grenade - slowing effect) and then save your Rmb (Jump - get away/gap closer) to jump out of his strike distance and lay into him with your q (speed up auto attack) or R (Ultimate) depending on when this is in the game. Fang still has his gap closer too, so you want to land your slow or bait him somehow to use his blink (gap closer) before you use your RMB to escape, or it wont help as he will close the gap immediately. If you do slow him, even if he Teleport after you, you will be able to put just enough distance between the two of you that you can kite him. Good Luck.
