Sparrow is a lot like Murdock in my opinion when fighting her as Kallari. Her auto hits HURT and her Ult will MELT you. Try to sneak up on her and land your dagger and Ult, but make sure you have an escape plan, because if you miss and you are out of position she can kill you pretty quickly
