Like all squishy DPS Howitzer can be easily taken out with your Dagger throw and Death sentence. It is worth noting that you can use your jump and ultimate on Howitzer while they are in the air dropping their ultimate. Be careful of Howitzer's mines, they can knock you back and mess up your ultimate or knock you into a bad position.
