In my opinion there isn't much Kallari can do against Rampage 1v1 unless rampage is REALLY hurt and doesn't have his Ult. Its best to either avoid him or try to slow him down so that your team can get there to help you. If your team is all on him and it looks like they are going to get a kill then you should position yourself behind rampage so that you can either kill him after his leap or at least prevent him from getting into travel mode and getting away as easily.
