As Kallari I wouldn't suggest fighting Steel by yourself. He will win 90% of the 1v1s against you. The best way to take down steel as Kallari is to take our his support/dps. Once he is alone you and your team can quickly burn him down. It isn't Kallari's job to take down steel, you need to take down his ranged DPS in the back and let your team help you take him down.
